The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the KINGSTON WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENT (kiwi) project. The Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the following contract – DOWNTOWN KINGSTON BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT- JAMAICA
Scope The Consultancy is to review and design the governance model required for a Downtown-Kingston Business Improvement District, or a similar professionally managed entity, to ensure sustainable operations and maintenance (O&M) of the proposed Kingston Waterfront Park and areas within the future defined boundaries of the BID.
The consultant shall undertake, at minimum, the following tasks;
- Retrospective Assessment
- Regulatory Context Assessment
- Stakeholder Consultations
- Roadmap and Recommendations
Duration: 10 Months
Selection Method: Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) Method
Procurement Method: International Competitive Bidding (ICB)
