MEMBER of Parliament for Eastern Westmoreland Luther Buchanan is predicting that the recent opening of the $27 million sorrel processing plant in Bethel Town, will return the once vibrant rural community to its glory days.He argues that the construction of the sorrel plant, coupled with a number of other infrastructural developments, forms part of his efforts to redefine the town.
