REDI II – OLD FORT CRAFT MARKET REHABILITATION

The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Second Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI II) Project.  The Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the following contract:

REDI II – OLD FORT CRAFT MARKET REHABILITATION` – Bid #: 25165

Scope:                                                  The scope of works includes the construction of an administrative office; rehabilitation of a Gazebo; Restroom; existing display/storage area; walkways and entrances, 156 craft shops and wishing well  and the remounting of a cannon. Additionally, the provision of termite treatment, electrical rewiring, landscaping

                                                            Delivery period: within four (4) months

Eligibility:                                            Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL).

Availability of Documents:                  Bidding Documents, Drawings; Bill of Quantities and Specifications will be available for download as of February 25, 2026, on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website at www.gojep.gov.jm

Submission Date & Time:                    Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm on or before April 9, 2026, at 12:00 noon. Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the system.
