The Government of Jamaica has received funding from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in the amount of US$8,250,000 towards the cost of the Basic Needs Trust Fund Tenth Cycle (BNTF 10). The Jamaica Social Investment Fund as the executing agency intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to cover payments under contract for the following:

Scope of Works:                                A contractor is required to construct a safe passage at Old Harbour 

                                                           Primary school along Marlie acres from Succaba Pen Road to Old Harbour Road. The Safe passage includes but is not limited to construction and rehabilitation of 980m of sidewalk with guard rail installation, construction of 2 lay-bys, construction of vending stalls and installation of street signs, waiting sheds and cross walks.

The duration of the Works is four (4) months.
