Mocho Community Council Benevolent Society Greenhouse Projects – Mount Airy, Foga, Dawkins and Belmont- Clarendon

The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the SECOND rural economic development intitiative (REDI II) project.  The Government of Jamaica intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the contract following contracts:

Mocho Community Council Benevolent Society Greenhouse Projects – Mount Airy, Foga, Dawkins and Belmont- Clarendon

Lot 1 – Belmont (Bid#: 22206)

Lot 2 – Dawkins (Bid #: 22207)

Lot 3 – Foga (Bid #: 22210)

Lot 4 – Mount Airy (Bid #: 22213)

Scope of Works:                                Procurement include but is not limited to the establishment of a greenhouse cluster at each of the four sites in Mocho, Clarendon. It will include the construction of greenhouses, a packing shed, fertilizer and pesticide storage, a changing/restroom facility, and associated irrigation and external piping work for each cluster.

Works Period: Six (6) months

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE WILL BE AWARDED IN LOTS.

BIDDERS MAY BID ON ONE OR MORE LOTS.

NO CONTRACTOR WILL BE AWARDED MORE THAN TWO (2) LOTS.
