The Human Resources unit meets the staffing and professional
development requirements of the organization. Our cadre
of professionals in all departments come to us with varied
specializations, wealth of experiences and are highly respected.

continuous training and human capacity development.

As an outstanding project management, public sector
organization, we strive to consistently enhance the JSIF brand
through the dissemination of the right corporate messages. We
also maintain an active and timely public awareness campaign
including traditional and new media strategies to promote the
myriad of poverty alleviation programmes which are targeted at
under-served communities throughout Jamaica.

Supporting all areas of the organization is our management
information system, designed to embrace the new era of
technology. According to technology mogul Bill Gates, “The first
rule of any technology used in a business is that automation
applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency”.
It is in this context that the MIS unit seeks to provide an
efficient technologically enhanced project management tool
called “Fund Manager”. This platform is utilized to bridge
