“INVESTING FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT”Invitation for Bids  The Government of Jamaica established the Jamaica Social Investment Fund Project (JSIF) to assist in its poverty eradication programme.  The Government now intends to apply part of the funds it has provided the JSIF to cover payment under the contract for the following:Treadlight IIP Land Regularization and Titling - Clarendon (#073672)Bid No. 12203The Jamaica Social Investment Fund now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the proposed Consultancy Services for Treadlight IIP Land Regularization and Titling - Clarendon.   • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) must be submitted with their bid at the time of bid opening. (See www.ncc.gov.jm)

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Jamaica Social Investment Fund at the address below starting Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 9:00am to Wednesday February 10, 2021 12 noon.  A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Jamaican Dollars (J$500.00) in cash or certified cheque made payable to the Jamaica Social Investment Fund.  All bids must be submitted in printed copy.  

ORIGINAL AND COPY OF THE BID MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS

  1. Bids must be delivered to the address below by 12:00 noon on Wednesday February 10, 2021.  Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at 12:10pm.
