Mr. Omar McFarlane-Sweeney holds a M. Engineering degree (Public Works and Project Management) from the University of Florida. He has over 16 years experience as a Project Management professional in the public and private sectors locally and internationally.

He enjoys auto racing, tennis and cricket. 

At the JSIF he is responsible for directing the effective and efficient appraisal and implementation of projects, utilizing available resources.
