Shirley McLean-Brown , M.B.A.

Mrs. McLean–Brown holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Manchester. She is also a graduate of the University of West Indies, and the College of Arts Science and Technology (now UTECH) from which institutions she holds a Bachelors degree in Accounts and Economics; and a Diploma in Business Administration respectively.

Mrs. McLean-Brown has extensive private sector experience and expertise in the field of Finance. Married with 4 children, she enjoys socializing and singing.

At the JSIF she is responsible for the development and implementation of financial management and procurement policies, procedures and systems in accordance with the FAA Act (Financial, Administration and Audit Act), Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act, funding agency contracts and generally accepted accounting principles.
