Shirley McLean-Brown , M.B.A.

Mrs. McLean–Brown holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Manchester. She is also a graduate of the University of West Indies, and the College of Arts Science and Technology (now UTECH) from which institutions she holds a Bachelors degree in Accounts and Economics; and a Diploma in Business Administration respectively.

Mrs. McLean-Brown has extensive private sector experience and expertise in the field of Finance. Married with 4 children, she enjoys socializing and singing.

At the JSIF she is responsible for the development and implementation of financial and administrative policies in conjunction with the Managing Director, and the maintenance of internal control, procurement and financial management systems.
