WORK is underway to rewire houses and instal several streetlights in McGregor Gardens, Kingston, as the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) moves to regularise electricity in the area.This is being done through the 'Project Step Up' -- a $30-million partnership between the JPS and the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF).
