Planned upgrades to the Clarence Brimm Basic School in Trelawny are designed to promote balanced development of children at the Early Childhood Development stage.Andrew Neita, general manager Infrastructure and Civil Works the Jamaica Social Investment Fund, told guests at a ceremony at the school recently that upgrades totalling J$36M, with funding by the Caribbean Development Bank, are in keeping with the JSIF's mandate of "channelling resources to underserved communities bringing improvements in teaching and learning environment for teachers and students alike."
