The project is being implemented at a cost of $ 11,210,865.00 The implementation of the project is a joint initiative. The partners are JSIF, the Ministry of Water & Housing, and the community of Flankers represented by the community Committee. This partnership has been very instrumental in building the capacity of the community committee as they are vested with the responsibility of supervising the work on the site, mobilising the community, collecting names of persons interested in working with the project, mentoring payments of workers and other duties. This enhanced capacity building is part of the mandate of the Inner City Basic Services Project (ICBSP).
