Public Safety Enhancement and Capacity Building

FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAMMES

The sub-component will facilitate a series of capacity building activities for community-based organizations (CBOs) in project areas. CBO Training in capacity building, within Federal Gardens, will include:

• Training in social/psychological issues, and community development
• Organizational development of CBOs
• Staffing Community Centre

This sub-component will also facilitate a series of social marketing and public awareness campaigns aimed at improving awareness of the importance of sustainable use and management of project service and infrastructure, informing residents of project activities and fostering participation and behaviour.
