MEDIATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The component will finance technical assistance services that initiate and manage mediation initiatives in communities that experience chronic or periodic gang conflict or intra-community feuding. This will support tested mediation and conflict management interventions currently being implemented in Jamaica to broker ceasefires and build confidence between rival gang factions. Within the context of Central Village, these actions will include:

- Education/Attitude Change (crime related)
- Counselling and Personal Development
